Abstract

Thein vitrorelease of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) is a useful and cost-effective treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. However, a number of factors may influence the in vivo efficacy of sildenafil citrate. In this study, the objective of this study was to compare the effects of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) in patients with ED treated with a clinically appropriate dose of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA).

Materials and Methods

In this study, the efficacy of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) and sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) were evaluated in 20 patients with ED treated with a clinically appropriate dose of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) for up to 14 days. The efficacy of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) and sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) was compared with sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) at the same dose. In addition, sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) was evaluated in healthy male volunteers.

Results

The mean maximum serum concentrations of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) and sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) in 20 patients with ED treated with sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) were 3.12 and 2.98 µg/dL, respectively. The mean serum concentrations of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) were 8.20 and 7.33 µg/dL in the 20 patients with ED treated with sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) and sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA), respectively. The mean serum concentrations of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) were 8.20 and 5.20 µg/dL in the 20 patients with ED treated with sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) and sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA), respectively.

Conclusion

Viagra (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) is a cost-effective treatment for ED in patients with ED who do not respond to the standard dose of sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA). The sildenafil citrate (Viagra, Pfizer Inc., USA) dose is a clinically appropriate dose for the treatment of ED in men with ED.
